Happy Saturday from HBRs permanent foster – Billy 
Billy is a permanent member of HBR. 9-year-old Billy was surrendered to a shelter by his owner when he got a new girlfriend who was allergic. He has a severe heart murmur AND a very enlarged heart. With weeks to months to live, super fosters Rita and son Michael have devoted their hearts and opened their home to Billy to make sure those months are full of love and adventures. Billy has recently started his heart medication and is busy living life to the fullest with his new best friend, Michael.
