Please join us in welcoming handsome 14 month old Kobe to the HBR foster family! Kobe was surrendered to HBR care when his family’s living situation changed. Thank you Sandy and family for opening your home to this fun loving pup! Thank you superstar transport volunteer Ida for making sure Kobe got safely to his foster home. Kobe will be neutered and vetted before he will be looking for his FUR-EVER home – stay tuned for more updates!
