Guaranteed 3 daily reminders in the form of whining/and or barking to be more active and take me for my gosh darn walk already; Motivation to take up jogging or running. I will accomplish this by pulling you down the street under the guise of meeting that stray cat or squirrel up ahead.
And an in depth nutrition plan that includes, but is not limited to dirty looks and side eye when you stray from said plan and indulge in some form of junk food.
